50mm Side Loading Ratchet 

Quickest and easiest ratchet to use – 50mm (2 inch) Heavy duty for the freight industry and serious Guys!

ART has commenced commercial production of the 50mm (2 inch) Armour Side Loading Ratchet.
For the New Zealand and Australian markets, the 50mm ratchet has the following specification

-Lashing Capacity (LC) 2,500kg
-Breaking Strength 5,000kg
-Rubber handle with finger grooves
-Rubber "Release" trigger
-Galvanized finished
-9m polyester strap (webbing)
-Double J hooks and keepers.

The product has been manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4380:2001.
The 50mm ratchet has been tested and meets North American and EU standards.
Specific client requirements can be made to order and are subject to minimums.

32mm Strap Loop

Armour has added a "loop" into the strap at both ends for when the hooks don't fit or the load has no securement points.

Two of the products (ART07 & ART12) have a "loop" sewn into the strap on both ends to accommodate tiring down those difficult loads where there is nowhere to attach a hook.

Strap Winder

Armour's new simple and easy to use winder – will wind straps up to 50mm (2 inches).

Most people hate winding up straps after they have used them - how common is it to see them thrown in a heap on the floor!
Armour has developed a new simply strap winder
Can be used on a variety of different sized straps from 25mm to 50mm..

Step 1

Thread Strap

Insert end of strap into single slot or start in the middle of the strap by folding then threading through both slots.

Step 2

Wind Handle

Start winding by rotating handle whilst guiding strap with other hand

Step 3

Slide coil off

Once wound, simply pull strap off winder. Hole in wound strap can be used to tie off if needed.
